• How will my beer be shipped?

    All shipments are are delivered in protective packaging and sent via either UPS or local regional carrier through the Halftime Beverage Network.

  • When will I recieve my order?

    All orders placed before October 28th will ship the week of October 29th. Time in transit varies. Fulfilled by the Half Time Beverage network.

  • What states are you delivering to?

    Delivery is managed by zipcode, not all zipcodes or states are eligible. Check your zipcode at checkout and we are truly sorry if shipping is unavailable to your zipcode.

  • Why are you not shipping to my state/zipcodes?

    Certain states and towns have laws prohibiting the shipping of beer.

  • Can you ship to PO, FPO, or APO boxes?

    No, shipping is only available to residential and business addresses.

  • Can I pickup in person?

    To place an order for the Fall '24 Box to pickup in person click here.

  • Why is my tracking info not paused and not updating?

    Do not worry. This indicates that the package has been dropped off at a temperature-controlled hub where it is awaiting pickup by a local carrier.

  • What do I do if I have not recieved my order?

    Please check your tracking. If something is wrong from there email foxfarm@halftimebeverage.com and they will work with the carrier to get you an udpate.

  • Can I customize my box?

    We're sorry. Customized boxes are not available at this time.

  • Can you order a la carte?

    Sorry, for logistical reasons allacarte purchase of individual items are not available at this time.

  • Why did you choose the beers for the box?

    We chose a selection of our 5 favorite bottles for the season that best represent Fox Farm Brewery.

  • What if I want to cancel my order?

    Please email foxfarm@halftimebeverage.com to cancel an order. Orders will note be able to be canceled after October 27th.

  • What do you do if something is wrong with your order?

    Email foxfarm@halftimebeverage.com with any questions or coments.

  • Can I order shirts, hats, or glassware with my beer?

    Sorry, but shipping of hats and shirts can not be combined with the spring box due to the protective nature of the packaging used to ship the bottles.

  • What is your return policy?

    All sales are final - no returns or exchanges. Carriers may make up to three attempts to deliver the product with an adult signature. Number of carrier attempts may vary. Any packages that are refused or unable to be delivered by our common carriers will be returned to Half Time at your expense. We will refund to you any product costs minus shipping costs.
